QUALITY CONTROL OF PLANT FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTIONS

We provide quality control services for plant construction, this includes the preparation of the ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan), QCP (Quality Control Plan), WPS (welding procedure specifications), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and performing the necessary Quality inspections. This includes the welding inspections (VT, RT, X-Ray, Phased array Ultrasonic tests, PT, MT), and many more.

In addition to the above, we review the MTC (Materials test certificates), carry out piping and pressure vessels Pressure testing to the relevant standards, prepare the test packs of packages and systems, help our customers to get the mechanical completion certificate, and release the system for commissioning.
