The Trolley mounted unit is fitted with the following items:

• Pressure Gauge and Temperature measurement dial thermometer
• Drain valve to empty the meter completely while transporting
• Thermal relief valve to protect the meter against the increase in pressure due to thermal effect when the meter is not in use.
• 4" Stainless steel 316 piping suitable for aviation fuel complete with fasteners and gaskets
• 2 1/2" Removable Aviation Fuel Nozzle Adaptor Suitable for ISO 45 Refuelling Nozzles, this will allow the calibration of the refuellers flow meters directly without removing the line meter from the unit, the connection from both ends (can be disconnected using Camlock couplings)
• 4" Butterfly valve for isolation and flow rate regulation
• 1/2" Thermal Relief valve
• Bonding reel with 15m bonding cable and clamp for bonding the meter with the rest of the system during calibration
• All the above are mounted on a sub-frame made of robust steel, painted with blue colour or to the specific colour asked by the client
• Optionally the meter head unit can be removed and stored inside a metal box (Aluminium)
• Heavy Duty 4 Wheel Trolley with Inflatable tires to carry the above meter with all accessories. the trolley is made from steel and is painted with Blue / yellow paint with a hand bar for one-man operation
